Fundraising workshop at RHS Rosemoor May 1st
Applique butterfly picture
With Heather Everitt Embroidery
Friday May 1st
1.30 - 4.30 pm
After a successful fundraising campaign in the New Year we are hosting two more fundraising workshops at RHS Rosemoor during their Spring Design for Living Fair.
Our last fundraising campaign raised £400 which was split equally between WIRES, the Australian wildlife rescue charity helping to care for animals harmed or displaced by the bushfires and The Red Cross, who are supporting victims of the devastating floods in Indonesia.
All proceeds of this workshop will go support humanitarian aid, wherever it is needed most.
Join embroidery artist Heather Everitt for a three hour workshop to create a beautiful butterfly. Using pretty Liberty fabric you will create an appliqué picture using a variety of hand embroidery stitches.
The butterfly can be used as a decorative picture or added to clothing as a patch.
£25 all materials included*
* If you would like to mount your butterfly embroidery on a hoop (as illustrated) to take home, you will need to provide your own hoop.
